Questions from referring professionals.

Does my patient need a formal referral?

No. Patients can book a consultation directly. If you submit a referral with their permission, our practice can help them take the next step.

What happens after I submit a referral?

We confirm receipt and contact the patient using the information you provide. The consultation addresses their needs, fit, fees, location eligibility, and availability before care or testing is scheduled.

Will I receive clinical updates?

With the patient’s authorization, we can coordinate relevant treatment goals or evaluation findings. We agree on the scope of communication based on the referral and the patient’s needs.

What should my patient know about fees?

Independent evaluations are private pay. Therapy fees vary by clinician and service. Please share our Insurance & Fees page; we also review costs during consultation.

Where are services available?

We are based in Miami. Eligible psychologists offer telehealth in Florida and PSYPACT-participating states. Availability depends on the patient’s location, clinician, and service.
