Embody Health Psychology operates primarily as a self-pay practice, allowing personalized and confidential care without insurance-driven limitations. Payment is due at the time of service. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement based on individual plan benefits.
Multiple payment options are accepted, including major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Zelle.

Intensive Therapy
starting at $325/hr
In-person or extended virtual sessions for deeper therapeutic work, ideal when concentrated, intensive care is beneficial. These longer or multi-session formats, often a single extended session or a short series rather than ongoing weekly visits, provide the same benefits as weekly sessions by allowing uninterrupted time for somatic-based interventions, guided experiential work, and other focused processes. Length and structure are set collaboratively based on clinical need so you can address a targeted goal or move through deeper material efficiently while maintaining the continuity and therapeutic depth of regular weekly care.
Pre-Bariatric Surgery Evaluations
