Embody Health Psychology operates primarily as a self-pay practice, allowing personalized and confidential care without insurance-driven limitations. Payment is due at the time of service. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement based on individual plan benefits.
Multiple payment options are accepted, including major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Zelle.

Initial Evaluation

60-minute initial session to assess history and formulate a treatment plan.
Individual Psychotherapy (Telehealth)

50-minute psychotherapy session via secure telehealth.
Intensive Therapy
starting at $325/hr
In-person or Extended virtual sessions designed for deeper therapeutic work, including Somatic Experiencing–based sessions, guided experiential work, and other focused therapeutic processes. Length and structure are determined collaboratively based on clinical need.
Pre-bariatric Surgery Evaluations
$750
Psychological clearance evaluation required by most bariatric surgery programs prior to approval.
Comprehensive and Disability Psychological Evaluations

In-depth evaluations for complex diagnostic questions or disability determinations, tailored to the specific referral requirements.
