One transparent starting fee. Records review is included. A previously paid $500 records review is credited toward the full evaluation.

Common Questions
Do I need a comprehensive psychological evaluation?
Not everyone does. Existing medical records may provide sufficient clinical evidence for certification. When further evaluation is needed, we assess functional impact through a focused clinical process.
Will I receive a psychological report?
This service focuses on disability certification and a supporting clinical letter when appropriate. A separate comprehensive psychological report is not routinely included.
Does an evaluation guarantee approval?
No. Clinical documentation reflects independent professional findings, and the Department of Education makes the final discharge determination.
Can a psychologist certify a TPD discharge application?
Yes. Our psychologists complete medical certification when supported by the clinical findings.
Is a student loan discharge letter enough?
A supporting letter does not replace the required federal TPD application certification. The Department of Education makes the discharge decision.
Can I complete the evaluation by telehealth?
Telehealth is available in Florida and PSYPACT-participating states when appropriate for your evaluation.
What about private student loans?
Requirements vary by lender. Share the lender’s instructions during consultation so we can review the documentation needed.
