Fees
Pricing varies with the scope of the referral. Records requiring separate review are billed at $350. Insurance is not billed for disability documentation evaluations.
Scope of Service
We do not conduct court-ordered evaluations or forensic evaluations involving criminal or custody matters.

Can my attorney coordinate the referral?
Yes. We can work with claimants directly or coordinate with a disability attorney regarding the referral question and records.

The evaluation may address concentration, persistence, pace, social functioning, and other limitations relevant to SSA criteria.
Does this guarantee an SSDI award?
No. SSA makes the final determination. The evaluation supplies objective evidence for SSA to consider.
