Licensed Therapist

Dr. Ortega specializes in trauma-informed care, depression, and intimate partner violence. She also provides clinical supervision to social work interns.

Her approach is compassionate and collaborative. She offers clients space to slow down, feel supported, and better understand themselves and the experiences shaping their lives. Dr. Ortega works at each person’s pace, helping them build insight and practical tools for meaningful change. For her, healing begins with safety and connection.
